Parkview at Hamlin is a new townhome community in the middle of Hamlin, the built part of Horizon West's Town Center, planned for 225 three-story townhomes. Dream Finders Homes entitled it, DRB Homes bought it in 2023, and Ashton Woods bought 51 of the lots at the end of 2024, so the homes come in two builders' floor plans. DRB was still selling quick move-in homes in October 2026; Ashton Woods no longer lists the community on its site.
The location is the reason to buy here. GrowthSpotter describes it as within walking distance of Hamlin Town Center, where the dining, the cinema and the lakefront retail are, and DRB says residents can see the Disney fireworks from the community. The HOA includes yard maintenance, per DRB.
Every home is a three-story townhome with a rear two-car garage, and the layout is the trade-off to weigh. The main living space is on the middle floor, the primary suite is on the top floor, and the ground floor holds a bedroom suite or a study. That suits a household that wants a guest room, a relative or a home office on its own level, and it does not suit anyone who wants to avoid stairs.
